New West Berkshire Waste Strategy

If anyone missed it, last night saw the West Berkshire administration (Currently Liberal Democrats) approve the new Waste Strategy. see link to that draft strategy here

Its a Portfolio I had for a while and to be clear "I would not have proposed this strategy" for publication and adoption.

The document below explains why. It looks at South Oxfordshire, and shows an alternative which does significantly better that West Berks with a 2 week rather than 3 week collection schedule.
